The way we make our bread is the way we do everything at Camerino. We start by mixing the best ingredients into a rich dough, according to a traditional Jewish recipe. Then we let the dough rise just the right amount. When it’s finished, we roll each portion into a rope, tie it into a knot, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake until it’s perfectly done.
