Three-tier cake, each tier with 3 layers of vanilla bean sponge cake with homemade raspberry jam and Swiss Meringue Buttercream. 

Top tier is 4" round,

Middle tier is 7" round,

Bottom tier is 11" round. 

Choose smooth, ribbed, textured or naked buttercream finish.

It serves 90-120 dessert-size portions.
